This is a Brand New NOS early 2000's Ruf-Neck Top Load/Inverted (logo on bottom side also) Stem in Raw Silver. The neck is CNC machined in a retro style with *Bulldog Logo courtesy of "Drob" from the Curb Dogs. Made in the USA. Shipping is free in the lower 48 states.
